How much can you squat?
I can squat 235lbs+
Again, leg action that means 0 for me. I thought squats where going against the wall and going up and down bending your legs, that what my therapist calls that when i go for rehab.

Well idk, it was laser surgery. They made 3 holes in my knee and reconstructed my maniscus. I got it lat April, and started walking a week and a half ago.
I bet it was painful.Holes in the knees.

Lol, no im not your teacher. Im 14. I just learned about para bolas (you gotta be hispanic to understand that). Its not painful. Theyre small holes. I had to take anestisha(sp?). Anyways the skin is growing on them, all you see is red circles.
