ArrayThe Bengals turned down a trade offer from the Washington Redskins for receiver Chad Johnson that could have netted Cincinnati two first-round picks, according to a report on ESPN.com that cites team and league sources. However, Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis refuted the report at a press conference Tuesday.

According to ESPN.com, Washington offered the No. 21 pick in this year's draft and a conditional third-round pick in 2009 that could have risen to a first-round pick if Johnson and the Redskins met performance milestones.[/quote]
I have a feeling Cincy wants picks & a some defense.
I'd give them Anderson, our 3rd, and next year's 1st.
They turn down what could potentially be 2 1st rounders... I find it hard to believe they will get an offer better than what Washington just offered.
A team like OAK would be dumb enough to give them their 1st this year and 1st next year.

If ATL goes with Ryan, I can see CIN maybe making the trade with OAK. This way, they can get Dorsey.
Synder is a retard. The Bengals are even dumber for rejecting this offer
