Bears sign Lloyd! It's about time JA does something right! Maybe he can return to being good with a coach who knows how to use him (Turner coached him at Illinois). Good to have a U of I alum on the team. I hope he does good.
WORLD DOMINATION, HERE WE COME!!:rockon!::rockon!::rockon!::rockon!::rockon!:

Brandon Lloyd sucks!! He is a miserable failure, and he has no desire

ArrayHe was criticized by teammates for his attitude in San Francisco and had to be disciplined on more than one occasion in Washington.
ArrayLloyd joins the Bears after catching 130 passes for 1,889 yards and 13 touchdowns in five NFL seasons with the San Francisco 49ers (2003-05) and Washington Redskins (2006-07).
What makes anyone think this guy is going to be any good??
He has awesome hands, and has shown flashes of brilliance when coached correctly. He was injured in Washington, so you might as well throw those #s out. And this contract has incentives, so if he isn't disciplined and performs well he will make more money. On the other hand, what makes you think he won't be good besides that he didn't perform well in Washington?

From what I've seen of him, he has never played with any desire. This guy has never been good, not even with the Illini
He was the #1 receiver on a team that made the Sugar Bowl as a Junior. How is that bad? He was also good in SF.
It's an OK signing. It's sad to know a guy like this is going to be our #1:huh:

Took the words right out of my mouth. But I guess it's better than having JA keep sitting behind his desk playing with himself instead of upgrading...
Yeah, and he's only 26 years old. He's more qualified as a #2, but I think he can still be good.

Since when did college success mean anything in the NFL?? Being the #1 WR on the Illini is like winning 10 cents in the lottery. And they only made the Sugar Bowl b/c Michigan couldn't beat Ohio State. There is a reason they got ass-raped by LSU.

You are the one who brought up college success, Bozo! You sure talk a lot of smack about the team that your precious boner boys lost to this season, huh? There's a reason OSU gets destroyed EVERY SINGLE YEAR isn't there?
