I'm gonna have to take the Seahawks. Hopefully the rams can have a better year and the Cardinals are supposed to do better then last year and the 49ers i think their gonna be hurtin once again.
Cards could be anywhere between 1-3 imo. 49ers will be in last place. Rams will be good but depends on the health of there offense. Seahawks should be good either 1-2.
It's between Cards and Seahawks no doubt, Cards will make a push, but all their missing is that big name player on defense, they have the awesome can't stop offense, but defense wins you championships, Seahawks no doubt, but Alexander will have a worse year than last due to losing Steve Hutchison to the Viks.
Who did the seahawks have last yr that was there big name defensive player?

He wasn't that great. I know he was good but not good enough to win the superbowl/carry them to it.

I thought he hit hard and was good for a Rookie.
He was great for a rookie but i don't think he did it by him self because one player doesn't carry a defense.

Their Secondary isn't bad!
Seahawks, this is the division with many teams up on the rise, but the Seahawks have the most experience, and plus they made the Super Bowl last year. I think that the Cardinals maybe make the Wild Card, and the Rams finish 3rd, 49ers, still need some big help even after a really good offseason.
