Other than certain holidays or anniversaries, how often would that really be used?

btw,<span style="color:#008000"> that really could start a flame war with DG (I assume he will be back after his suspension). If you don't know how, look at the WBC thread and any issue about the US government. It is not a valid reason to not have it as a smiley, but it actually does apply with both reasons I stated in my earlier post.


With those 2 things considered, it is not a bad smiley to have...
