New User Group

Ok, following the suggestions, I have created a new usergroup, the 'Super Members' group.

The change:
Basically, normal members will need to make 15 posts before being 'promoted' to this new group.
Untill then standard 'members' can only reply to threads and not start new ones.

Looking at it, all you need to do is login and the group change will be done.

I will initiate this as a trial, and hopefully it will increase the 'quality' threads on the forum.
